Soul Medicine Cinema Night™: The Courage to Change offers an opportunity to experience meaningful storytelling in community and explore the perspectives it awakens within us.

Through film, reflection and facilitated conversation, we'll create space to consider what change means in our own lives.

What might become possible if we allowed ourselves to see differently?

What could shift if we approached uncertainty with curiosity instead of fear?

And what might courage look like in the next chapter of our lives?

You don't need to arrive with answers.

Simply bring yourself and a willingness to explore.

During our two hours together, you can expect a gently facilitated experience incorporating:

Arrival + Welcome

Time to settle into the space and connect with the community.

Opening Reflection

An introduction to our October theme, The Path of Transformation, and our intention for the evening: EXPLORE.

Meaningful Film

A thoughtfully selected film or screening experience that invites reflection on courage, perspective and transformation.

Personal Reflection

Time to notice what resonated, what challenged you and what questions may have emerged.

Community Conversation

An opportunity to share insights, listen to others and explore different perspectives.

Integration

A moment to consider how what we've explored might become part of everyday life.

Closing Circle

We return together before carrying the experience into the week ahead.

Participation in group conversation is always an invitation, never a requirement.
