Change Has a Rhythm

There are seasons when life asks us to hold on.

And there are seasons when life asks us to let go.

As we move through October and The Path of Transformation, we begin with a simple invitation:

RELEASE.

Soul Medicine Drum Circle™: The Rhythm of Change is a heart-centered evening of rhythm, reflection and community connection.

Together we'll use the steady heartbeat of the drum to create space for movement, within ourselves and within the circle.

You don't have to arrive with an answer.

You don't have to be musical.

You don't have to know exactly what you're ready to release.

Just bring yourself.

Sometimes the rhythm helps us hear what words cannot.

What To Expect

During our two hours together, you can expect a gently facilitated experience incorporating:

Arrival + grounding

A moment to settle into the space and arrive fully.

Opening circle

An introduction to our intention for the evening: RELEASE.

Guided rhythm

Simple rhythms accessible to beginners and experienced drummers alike.

Individual expression

Space to discover and listen to your own rhythm.

Collective rhythm

The experience of many individual rhythms becoming one circle.

Intentional pauses

Moments of silence and reflection between rhythm.

Integration

Space to notice what has shifted, moved or become clearer.

Closing circle

We return together before carrying the experience back into our lives.

Who Is This For?

This experience may speak to you if you're:

moving through a season of change,

ready to create space for something new,

carrying stress or emotional heaviness,

looking for meaningful community,

curious about rhythm as a mindfulness practice,

or simply feeling called to gather.

There is no requirement to share personally.

There is no expectation that you perform.

Come as you are.

Drums & Mallets

No Drum? No Problem.

Frame drums and soft-headed mallets will be available for participants to use during the experience.

If you have your own appropriate hand/frame drum and mallet that you enjoy playing, you're welcome to bring it.

No previous drumming experience is required.
