Soul Medicine Support Circle is a heart-centered gathering to slow down, reconnect, and receive support in community.
This is a sacred space to breathe, reflect, share honestly, and be held in the presence of others who are also walking the path of healing, growth, and deeper remembrance.
Each circle includes grounding, the Heart Hug practice, guided reflection, heart-centered sharing, and gentle integration.
You do not need to have everything figured out. You do not need to arrive perfectly. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Whether you are feeling full, tender, uncertain, grateful, stretched, or in transition, this circle offers a place to return to yourself and to the support of community.
